A modern interpretation of mountain living, set on the slopes of Szklarska Poręba where the Karkonosze meet the Jizera Mountains. From the terrace and windows, the Snow Cirques and Szrenica unfold in a panorama that shifts with every hour and every season.
Inside, calm and light: a bedroom with a king-size bed, a living room with a sofa bed and a kitchenette that lacks nothing. A private hot tub on the generous terrace and a sauna in the bathroom create an intimate spa of your own – with the mountains as its backdrop.
In summer and autumn, the trails of Karkonosze National Park, cycling routes and the Szklarka and Kamieńczyk waterfalls are close at hand; from May to September the complex's heated outdoor pool is open. In winter the Pietkiewiczówka lifts are around 3.5 km away, and skis wait in a heated locker beside your private space in the underground garage.
Check-in from 4 pm, check-out by 11 am. Sleeps up to four; non-smoking, no pets.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 4 pm and check-out by 11 am. Early check-in or late check-out is possible by prior arrangement.
How do I get the keys?
No keys needed – the apartment door has a keypad handle. We will send you the code before your arrival. Please let us know your expected arrival time in advance.
Where can I park?
The apartment comes with one private parking space in the underground garage.
How can I get there without a car?
Szklarska Poręba Średnia railway station is close to the apartment.
How do I book?
Call or write to us – by phone, e-mail or the contact form. We will confirm availability; the booking becomes binding once a 30% deposit has been paid by bank transfer.
How can I pay?
By bank transfer or BLIK.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes, a refundable security deposit of PLN 500 is collected on arrival. It is returned after your stay, provided there is no damage.
Is there a minimum stay?
The minimum stay is 2 nights. Different rules may apply during holidays and peak season – ask us about your dates.

Which languages do you speak?
We speak Polish, German and English.
Are bed linen and towels included?
Yes, bed linen and towels are included in the price.
Is final cleaning included?
Yes, final cleaning is included in the price.
What is in the kitchen?
The kitchen is fully equipped, with coffee, tea, salt, sugar and washing-up liquid to get you started.
Is there an extra charge for the hot tub and sauna?
No – the hot tub and sauna are included at no extra cost. The hot tub on the terrace runs all year round, including in winter.
When is the pool open?
The complex's heated outdoor pool is open from May to September.
Is it suitable for children?
Children are very welcome. On request, we will provide a baby cot and a high chair.
Can I bring a pet?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment.
What are the house rules?
Smoking and parties – including stag and hen parties – are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 6 am.
