The 4Seasons house is on a fenced, guarded site in the holiday district of Karpacz. Right across the street are the northern slopes of Karpatka and the Karpatka-Ski-Panorama lifts – the runs are snow-made and floodlit when needed, with a ski school and equipment rental on site. The house looks out over the Jelenia Góra Valley; it is quiet, yet close to the centre of Karpacz.
The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 living rooms and comfortably sleeps 10. Ground floor: fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and dining area, living room with a fireplace and TV, two bedrooms and a large bathroom with a shower and washing machine. Upstairs: two bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, a small lounge with TV and children's channels, and a play corner. Guests also have a private sauna.
Free fast Wi-Fi, a folding baby cot and a baby carrier are provided. There is private parking, a barbecue area and a playground. Nearby: a summer toboggan run, the Wild Waterfall, the Wang stave church, the Orlinek ski jump and a rope park – and for little ones the Miniature Park, Dinopark and Western City.
Check-in from 4 pm to 11 pm, check-out by 11 am. Non-smoking; pets by prior arrangement.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 4 pm to 11 pm and check-out by 11 am. Early check-in or late check-out is possible by prior arrangement.
How do I get the keys?
The keys are in a key safe by the door – we will send you the code before your arrival. Please let us know your expected arrival time in advance.
Where can I park?
There is parking for one car by the house. More cars can be accommodated by prior arrangement.
How can I get there without a car?
Karpacz has its own railway station.
How do I book?
Call or write to us – by phone, e-mail or the contact form. We will confirm availability; the booking becomes binding once a 30% deposit has been paid by bank transfer.
How can I pay?
By bank transfer or BLIK.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes, a refundable security deposit of PLN 500 is collected on arrival. It is returned after your stay, provided there is no damage.
Is there a minimum stay?
The minimum stay is 2 nights. Different rules may apply during holidays and peak season – ask us about your dates.
Can I get an invoice?

Which languages do you speak?
We speak Polish, German and English.
Are bed linen and towels included?
Yes, bed linen and towels are included in the price.
Is final cleaning included?
Yes, final cleaning is included in the price.
What is in the kitchen?
The kitchen is fully equipped, with coffee, tea, salt, sugar and washing-up liquid to get you started.
Is there an extra charge for the sauna?
No, the sauna is included at no extra cost.
Is firewood included?
Firewood for the fireplace is available for an extra charge – just ask when booking.
Is it suitable for children?
Children are very welcome. On request, we will provide a baby cot and a high chair.
Can I bring a pet?
Yes, pets are welcome by prior arrangement.
What are the house rules?
Smoking and parties – including stag and hen parties – are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 6 am.
