The 4Seasons house is in a fenced, guarded estate in the holiday district of Karpacz, just 800 m from the Relax Lift ski area. It is surrounded by greenery, and you can hear a mountain stream from the terrace – perfect for a family holiday or a trip with friends in any season.
The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a living room with a fireplace and satellite TV, a bedroom and two bathrooms with a shower, bathtub and washing machine. Upstairs there are more bedrooms and a children's play corner. Guests also have a private sauna. The house comfortably sleeps 8 adults and 2 children.
Free fast Wi-Fi and a folding baby cot are provided. The estate has private parking, a barbecue area and a playground. The surroundings are excellent for skiing and hiking.
Check-in from 4 pm to 11 pm, check-out by 11 am. Non-smoking; pets by prior arrangement.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 4 pm to 11 pm and check-out by 11 am. Early check-in or late check-out is possible by prior arrangement.
How do I get the keys?
The keys are in a key safe by the door – we will send you the code before your arrival. Please let us know your expected arrival time in advance.
Where can I park?
There is parking for one car by the house. More cars can be accommodated by prior arrangement.
How can I get there without a car?
Karpacz has its own railway station.
How do I book?
Call or write to us – by phone, e-mail or the contact form. We will confirm availability; the booking becomes binding once a 30% deposit has been paid by bank transfer.
How can I pay?
By bank transfer or BLIK.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes, a refundable security deposit of PLN 500 is collected on arrival. It is returned after your stay, provided there is no damage.
Is there a minimum stay?
The minimum stay is 2 nights. Different rules may apply during holidays and peak season – ask us about your dates.
Can I get an invoice?

Which languages do you speak?
We speak Polish, German and English.
Are bed linen and towels included?
Yes, bed linen and towels are included in the price.
Is final cleaning included?
Yes, final cleaning is included in the price.
What is in the kitchen?
The kitchen is fully equipped, with coffee, tea, salt, sugar and washing-up liquid to get you started.
Is there an extra charge for the sauna?
No, the sauna is included at no extra cost.
Is firewood included?
Firewood for the fireplace is available for an extra charge – just ask when booking.
Is it suitable for children?
Children are very welcome. On request, we will provide a baby cot and a high chair.
Can I bring a pet?
Yes, pets are welcome by prior arrangement.
What are the house rules?
Smoking and parties – including stag and hen parties – are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 6 am.
